This loads the store's home page with client-side tags (A) and with server-side tags (B), one at a time, on your device and your connection, and keeps a running median.

Pages load one at a time so they don't compete for your CPU or network. After the first round your browser has cached the vendors' scripts, so this shows repeat visits; the measured results use a fresh browser for every walk.
